Getting Started

What is hypecircle?

hypecircle is an ambassador platform that connects event-goers with events through a reward-based referral system. Become an ambassador for events you love, share your unique link, and earn points for every ticket sold.

How do I become an ambassador?

Simply browse our events, find one you're interested in, and click "Become an Ambassador". You'll instantly get a unique referral link to share with your network.

Is it free to join?

Yes! Joining as an ambassador is completely free. There are no signup fees or costs involved.

Points & Rewards

How do points work?

You earn points for every ticket sold through your referral link. Different ticket types may be worth different point values (e.g., VIP tickets might be worth more points). Check each event for specific point values.

What can I win?

Each event offers different prizes based on points earned. Prizes can include exclusive merchandise, VIP experiences, backstage passes, cash rewards, and more. Check the specific event page for prize details.

When are prizes awarded?

Prize eligibility is typically determined after the event concludes. Event promoters will contact winners directly to arrange prize delivery.

What happens if a ticket is refunded?

If a customer requests a refund, the points awarded for that sale will be deducted from your balance. This ensures fairness on the leaderboard.

Selling Tickets

How do I share my referral link?

Once you become an ambassador, you'll receive a unique short link (e.g., underpass.events/abc123). Share this link on social media, WhatsApp, email, or anywhere else. When someone purchases through your link, you'll automatically earn points.

Can I see who bought tickets through my link?

For privacy reasons, you can't see individual customer details, but you can track the total number of tickets sold and points earned in your ambassador dashboard.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can sell?

No! Sell as many tickets as you can. The more you sell, the more points you earn and the higher you climb on the leaderboard.

Ticketing

When will I receive my tickets?

If you purchase tickets for an event, they will be available for download 48 hours before the event starts. You'll receive an email with a download link when they're ready.

Can I get a refund?

Refund policies vary by event and are set by the event promoter. Check the specific event's terms and conditions, or contact the promoter directly through your order page.

What if I lose my ticket?

Don't worry! You can always re-download your ticket from your "My Orders" page. Your ticket includes a unique barcode that's linked to your order.

Promoters

How do I become a promoter?

Click "Become a Promoter" in the navigation menu and complete the application form. Once approved, you'll be able to create events and set up ambassador programs.

How do payouts work?

We use Stripe Connect for secure payments. You'll receive 100% of the ticket price (customers pay a 10% booking fee on top). Payouts are processed automatically by Stripe based on your payout schedule.

Can I set my own ticket prices and prizes?

Yes! As a promoter, you have full control over ticket types, pricing, and the prizes you offer to ambassadors.

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account and click "Delete Account". Please note this action is permanent and will remove all your data.

What data do you collect?

We collect information necessary to provide our service, including your name, email, purchase history, and referral activity. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you share my data with promoters?

Only if you explicitly opt-in during checkout. You can choose whether to share your contact information with the event promoter.
